In order to still receive intruder alarm alerts when your device is on silent you will need to check this setting within the app. Within the FreeControl or iRisco intruder alarm app head to the Main Menu>System Settings>Notifications Setup - Select your Basic Sounds (system default will use your phone's default sound). If 'Mute Override' is selected then the basic sound selected will play for approximately 5 seconds even if the phone is set to silent. If 'Long (30 sec)' is selected then the basic sound selected will play for 30 seconds instead of the 5-second default.
