13. The keypad is displaying the wrong time

If you use the FreeContol or iRISCO app please can you check that you have selected the correct time zone when setting up your account. To do this, log into www.riscocloud.com on a web browser then select your system and enter your code (if prompted). Please see FAQ 12 if you are struggling to log in.

Once logged in please head to ‘system settings’ where you will find the ‘time zone’. Please ensure this is set to (GMT+00:00 Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London). If you need to change it to this, please save your changes. You will then need to wait up to 24 hours for the correct time to show on the keypad as the system syncs its time with your risco-cloud account every 24 hours.

For systems that don’t use these apps please refer to the user manual for your system on how to set the time & date. User manuals for our most common systems can be found below.
