To make any changes to your keyholders who are contacted in the case of an alarm activation please email service@mes-systems.co.uk. Please include your account number in the subject line.
If you are looking to add new keyholders please ensure you give us their full name, at least one contact telephone number plus a password. If all of your keyholders are already sharing a site password, please ensure you make them aware of this. Please can you also ask them to read this document which will explain the monitoring process and their responsibilities.
