Assuming that your recorder is connected to your broadband router and both have been configured to allow for remote access, please watch the video below. You will need the username and password for your recorder along with the external IP address or DDNS address. The username, password and address will be the same as someone else who currently has access to your CCTV system . Please note that passwords will usually start with a capital letter.  Link to iPhone app and android app.

iVMS-4500 App
